Tofu – one container (8 oz) extra firm. Drain it and slice it into medium to large size chunks
Zucchini – 2 cups, again slice it into large chunks
Red Bell Pepper - 1 (cut in large chunks)
Large Mushrooms (white) – 10
Sriracha Chilly Garlic Sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – ¼ cup
Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
Onion – ¼ cup (diced)
Jalapeno Pepper – 1 (diced)
Salt and Ground Black Pepper, as per your taste

With all this ingredients at hand, now let us move on the cooking procedure.


First take the tofu, zucchini, mushrooms and red bell pepper in a bowl and keep it aside. Mix sriracha sauce, soy sauce, onion, sesame oil, pepper and jalpeno in a separate bowl. Once properly mixed, you need to pour this mixture over tofu and other vegetables. See to it that all the vegetables and tofu are coated with the mixture. Now cover this bowl and allow it to marinate for minimum one hour in the refrigerator.
