E-Gift Card will be accepted in Lulu Hypermarket, Lulu Fashion Store, Lulu Connect, Lulu Celebrate, Lulu Xpress, Lulu Daily and Lulu Webstore (Online) across India. (Henceforth “Lulu”)
E-gift Card is valid only for one year from the date of activation and shall cease to be valid from the date of expiry
E-Gift Cards are valid for one time redemption only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited. No further Claim for the balance amount in the E-Gift Card will be entertained.
Multiple E-Gift Cards can be used for Single purchase.
Should the purchase value exceed the value of the e-Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the e-Gift Card.
Once the E-Gift Card is issued/redeemed, request for cancellation will not be entertained.
LuLu Hypermarket E-Gift Cards bought at Amazon.in cannot be returned/refunded.
